Foil rewinder

Used for controlled foil scrolling with the elimination of damaged pieces during the extrusion of foil on extruders. It may also have additional application.

Wrapper

The device is used for placing paper labels during the production of rolled garbage bags. The paper label wound on the reel contains a print-on from one side and its other side is coated with an adhesive activated during lubrication.

Its task is to measure the programmed label length, its cutting off (from the reel), lubricating the side with the adhesive and wrapping the garbage bag roll.

  • wrapper is equipped with a print-on reader, which facilitates cutting of the band in a specified, repeatable location.

Nawijarka Duo

DUO winder

Double winder used for packaging of perforated bags. It contains two independent winding components that operate in the “revolver” system with automatic discharge of finished bag rolls.

The machine detects the perforation position by means of a sensor and it tears the foil in the perforated spot by means of a nailer, automatically starting the subsequent foil winding cycle. The winder can operate with the wrapper for the purpose of placing paper labels on foil rolls.

MONO winder

A single wider used for packaging bags with perforation. It contains a winding component operating in the “revolver” system with automatic discharge of finished bag rolls.

NG winder (for winding on paper core)

The winder is used for winding large bags with perforation on paper cores (hoods). It contains a pneumatic expansion cylinder with side clip handles.

Mono unwinder

Designed for unwinding of wide foil sleeves by means of the gear motor whose drive wheel has direct contact the foil surface and drive the the foil reel. This is how driving and braking of the foil reel is perfomed together with controlling the material stress.

DUO unwinder

Designed for simultaneous unwinding of two foil reels by means of the gear motor whose drive wheels have direct contact with the foil surface and drive the foil reel. This is how the driving and braking of the foil reel is performed together with controlling the unwound material stress.

2C assembly

It facilitates double folding of foil with two laps with ¼ of the material width. After passing through the assembly, the sleeve provides us with  a web of 400mm width. After a subsequent assembly, we obtain a web with 200mm width.

2V assembly

2V assemblies are built on a triangle folding the foil in half. The design of the 2V assembly facilitates double folding of the foil in half.

2 x 1V assembly

The assembly facilitates folding in half two simultaneously running foil webs. The foil is folded in half by means of the traingle. The foil tracki s changed by 90 degrees by means of the swivel roll. This solution maintains the direction of the running foil.

Rotary cutting die

Used for performing “sinus” perforation on two independent tracks (t-shirt grips) on star-sealed garbage bags. It is built from a magnetic drum containing mounted cutting dies made from sheets. The cutting dies are spare parts and of any shapes. Maximum width of the cut foil 2 x 200 mm.

The cutting die is driven by means of the servomotors which adjusts the cutting speed to the speed of the running foil.

The TORO 1100 roll-bag machine produces drop-cloths. The machinery offered by ELTEX can use recycled foil.
