Double-lane roll-making machine for the production of sealed and perforated film bags on a rotary sealing drum.
The machine is used to affix a paper label during the production of roll-fed refuse sacks. The paper label wound on the roll is printed on one side and covered with water-activated adhesive on the other.
The function of the label applicator is to measure the programmed length of the label, cut it off (from the roll), moisten the adhesive side and wrap the roll of refuse sacks.

The folding unit allows two strips of plastic film running side by side to be folded in half. The film is folded in half with the help of a triangle. The film direction is then altered by a swivel roller by 90 degrees. This ensures that the direction of the running film does not change.

The 450 mm wide sleeve, after passing through the C-fold unit, produces a 225 mm wide strip.

Allows a 3mm wide polypropylene (PP) strip to be inserted and sealed at the bottom of the bag.

It is used for making sinus-type perforations (tying straps) on star-type bags in two independent lanes. It consists of a magnetic drum on which punches made of sheet metal are mounted. The punches are an interchangeable element and their shape is arbitrary. Maximum width of the punched film is 2 x 200 mm. The die is driven by a servomotor which adapts the die-cutting speed to the speed of the running film.
